Getting started with PitchPad
From sign-up to your first live match in five steps. The whole thing takes about ten minutes — no card and no setup fees.
Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password — that's all we need. PitchPad is free for coaches, so there's no card to enter and nothing to cancel later.

Give your team a name and choose its format — 5v5, 7v7, 11v11, and more. You can manage several teams from one account, so add as many as you coach.
Teams → New teamAdd your squad
Open the Squad tab and add your players one by one, assigning each a shirt number. You can edit names and numbers any time — perfect for new signings mid-season.
Squad → Add playerSchedule a match
Create a fixture with the opponent, date, and kick-off time. Set your formation and assign positions ahead of the game so you're ready before you reach the pitch.
Matches → New fixtureRun a live match
On match day, tap Go live to start the timer. Record goals, make substitutions, and track game time as the match unfolds — everything saves automatically.
